The shower curtain should hang within the sloped surface of the water drain and behind a possible barriere of the shower tray.

The installation height of the shower rod depends also on the choosen shower curtain hooks. With the highly recommended shower curtain hook HKD 12 and a 200cm long shower curtain, the shower curtain rod should hang 204cm above the floor. Even if you can still adjust the shower rod in the socket of the ceiling rod, we please you to plan the position of the shower rod with tolerances and not too exact. This is a fabric shower curtain and not a steel plate which fits to the millimetre.
