Bestellung vom 20.03.2024 Formschöne Haken für eine ebensolche Handtuchablage waren auf duschvorhang.de zu finden. Die gelieferten Stücke waren jedoch kürzer als auf den Maßzeichnungen der Webseite angegeben. Meine Reklamation bestätigte duschvorhang.de, bedauerte die bestellten Haken nicht mehr zu führen, entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und gewährte 15% Nachlass um mit den kürzeren das Auslangen zu finden. Trotz holpriger Bestellabwicklung fand eine gelungene Kommunikation statt und zeichnet das Unternehmen duschvorhang.de mit hoher Vertrauenswürdigkeit aus!
